Diversity Monitoring Questionnaire

As an executive search firm, Society takes equality of opportunity very seriously. We use this short form to collect diversity statistics across all our assignments. We can then check whether we are achieving suitably diverse outcomes for our clients. There are only ten questions, and the information you submit is strictly anonymous. Individual submissions cannot be viewed by Society colleagues. We can only see aggregate data. Any information you submit here will not be used in employment decisions. You are also under no obligation to provide this information, however Society will donate 25p (GBP) to charity for every complete response.
